Mini Consultation
How a Mini Consultation Works
Together with the homeowners, or agents, or both our designer will conduct a thorough assessment of your property from the curb to the closets. We walk through your home with "buyers" eyes, noting areas that need attention and keying in on areas that will be great selling focal points. Our observations will lead to suggestions that may include de-cluttering, de-personalizing, repositioning existing furnishings, introducing a fresh new wall color, or focusing on repairs.
At the end of the consultation, we will provide you with a worksheet of suggestions to prepare your house for sale.

Detailed Consultation
A Detailed Consultation includes everything in the mini consultation plus much more!
In addition to conducting a thorough assessment of your home's design needs, we provide you with a detailed printed report. The report will guide you step-by-step, room-by-room on how to conduct the transformation. It consists of very specific instructions, a top priority list, and pictures for easy reference.
Once you've gotten the transformation complete, our professional designer will revisit your home to give final advise.

ReDesign

Then a room make-over is for you!
Interior redesign, sometimes called a room make-over, is a trend that's sweeping the nation. It's an affordable alternative for those who want a fresh look without spending a fortune.
Usually in just one day, our design professional can transform your living space. We'll uncover your design style, arrange your existing furniture to maximize space, artwork, lighting and accessories. New items may be added to help create the look that is desired. The end result is a beautiful, inviting, functional, new room. A place you’ll love to come home to at a price you can afford!
Most rooms can be ReDesigned within 6-8 hours depending on the needs.
Fee: $50.00 per hour
Design & Decorating
Most new home owners tend to arrange the living spaces of their new home in a way that is similar to their old home. The professionals at DeVine will look at your new rooms with fresh eyes to create stylish, yet functional rooms.
Our goal is to maximize your budget and make the most of the furnishings you have. Typically, we use your existing furnishings & accessories but will help you choose new if desired. From inspring wall color ideas, to solutions for furniture placement in difficult spaces, to perfectly placed lighting, you can expect the best.
Concentrate on unpacking and let our trained designer create the comfortable, stylish retreat you moved for.
Fee: $50.00 per hour
Color Consultation
Color is one of the most important elements of design, not to mention an inexpensive way to transform the look of a room. Choosing just the right color can be overwhelming. The professionals at DeVine will use their trained eye to help you pick the colors that match your personality and style.
Whether choosing color for your existing home or for a new home we can help you coordinate the right color scheme from outside to inside. And, we pass on our designer paint discounts to our clients, which can save you up to 40% off retail prices!
Fee: $30.00 per hour (1 hour minimum)
Personal Shopping
Not sure where to begin with shopping for new furniture, accessories and artwork? Or are you just too busy to spend time shopping? We can assist you with purchasing new accessories, furniture, fabrics and paint to help you create the style you’ve always wanted.
We shop a number of wholesale and discount stores and pass our special savings onto our clients! You will help us identify your new purchase budget before we hit the stores so we can make the most of our shopping time.
FEE: $30.00 per hour ( 1 hour minimum)
Specialty Services
DeVine will share their expertise to create a breathtaking Holiday display in your home. We will use the holiday decorations you already own and make recommendations for just the right purchase to achieve the perfect look. We can do as much or as little as you need from the Entry, Foyer, Living room, or just the Mantel. No job is too small!
Let us work with you to create the party look that your guests will rave about.
Fee: $30 per hour (1 hour minimum)
